‘365 Day’s of Wholeness’ is our brand new and very first book, to bring to you the principles that we live by every day and that have had a massive impact on our health, energy, and overall vitality. Many people don’t realise that they unknowingly sabotage their health one way or the other every single day, and bring a toxin load onto their body’s that it isn’t designed to handle. This leads to all sorts of easily preventable minor and chronic ailments that would never have happened if there was just a little bit more understanding and awareness. This is exactly where we were just a few years ago, Matt was coming to the end of his Afl career and was completely reliant of anti-inflammatory drugs and pain killers just to get by each day, as well as sleeping pills to sleep each night. Tegan was suffering from the debilitating Irritable Bowel Syndrome and was often bed ridden with pain. We were lucky enough to be guided by some incredible mentors who showed us how to take control of our health and thrive each day of the year. Please be sure to subscribe to this blog on the right hand side and stay up to date with all the latest news on the release of the book!
